Increased confidence
Throughout the year, the Year 3 team have been well supported to deliver the curriculum by tailored sessions being modelled by Infotech. This has given increased confidence to the teachers working with the children on both content as well as simple technical trouble shooting during the sessions. Once the session has been modelled, the teachers have then delivered the teaching themselves, with continued support by Infotech. This modelling followed by team teaching approach has worked very well. Increased knowledge and support has impacted on children’s learning, including additional challenge and top tips for children and adults alike.

The support we receive from Infotech is fantastic, and that’s at all levels of the business. Our account manager helps to keep me organised, remembering things when I forget, and keeping us on track with our 5-year rolling plan, and manages to do it in the most friendly and supportive way.
Our IT infrastructure has been brought up to date, possibly for the first time ever, with careful planning and well thought through investment these last few years. Our support consultant is also amazing and genuinely feels like a part of our school team. He is always so positive, supportive and knowledgeable, even with the most random of support questions we come up with for him!!! I’ve never known him not be positive or sort the issue. Over the last few years we have also met other engineers and everyone has been very helpful, polite and supportive – in fact, I’m not sure we’ve ever had an issue with anything as everything is handled so professionally, by knowledgeable and friendly people.

Very Professional
Our consultant is very professional about his role as IT support at Lowdham. He is approachable, calm and knowledgeable. I am always impressed with how quickly he responds to emails/messages from me to solve a problem or to give advice. This is very much appreciated. He understands our systems of working and gives us measured advice on what we need to do next or what steps we need to take in order to make sure we are compliant, ahead of the game or simply if something needs replacing.
He has also led small groups or whole classes in various aspects of IT – whether it’s running a coding club in his own time or teaching children about specific elements of IT and computing, this is helpful and well received.
Overall, I am happy with the level of service, care and commitment we receive and want to thank him for it.
